Why Meditate?

Beyond the constant chatter of the mind is an endless wellspring of peace, joy, creativity and freedom. Meditation gives you the tools to access these wonderful states as a direct, living experience. Every time we meditate, we start to create space between incessant thought streams. This can feel like a slow and frustrating experience at first, but with a little patience and support we soon develop a level of awareness that helps break unhelpful thinking patterns and dissolve limiting beliefs. As a result we offer our nervous systems a chance to decompress, rebuild and repair as we release years of accumulated stress. Feelings of anxiety, frustration, anger, discontentment and overwhelm are replaced with clarity, purpose, empowerment, creativity, vitality, presence and calm. We then naturally start to experience an ease and flow to life along with an increase in consciousness which then radiates out to those who surround us.  

Emma’s teachings combine methodologies that have been accumulated through years of trainings with various modalities and institutions including Vedic, Mindfulness, Yogic Philosophy, Breathwork & Neuroscience. Her workshops and programs have been carefully curated to offer an authentic and joyful experience that will reconnect you with the present moment and help embody a deeper understanding of who you are. The techniques she uses are effective for reducing physical and mental stress and with continued practice can contribute to a permanent state of contentment, happiness and ease in your everyday life.
